Sore Sore Sore AND More Sore!
So Chad and I have been working out with a Personal Trainer (Jordan) and he is kicking our butts. We started on June 21 and let me tell you that first week I couldn't even walk or lift my arms to put my hair in a ponytail...and I thought I was in pretty good shape before;) My goal is to lose 10 lbs and look nice and toned I know I can do it if im working out this hard and watching the sweets and my portions. So if anyone wants a butt kicking workout let me know his pricing is very reasonable.
